When the Shinsengumi was being founded by Isami Kondou and the founding members: Toshizo Hijikata, Keisuke Sannan, Souji Okita, Shinpachi Nagakura, Hajime Saito, Heisuke Toudou and Sanosuke Harada.
They stumbled across two girls who Souji Okita had known since childhood, they were introduced into the Shinsengumi ranks. Chisaki - a samurai with kunoichi skills and Anju - a kunoichi with better than average sword skills.
The two sisters were simple orphaned street urchins who was struggling to survive until they met the Members of the Shinsengumi.
