Kasai Uchiha ARCHER!!!
Kasai has an uncanny abilitiy of archer, not normal archery though, this type allows her to either transfer her chakra into chakra arrows (like the chakra blade) or form her chakra into the shape of arrows.
I'm not sure if this if during the Fourth Ninja War or back in her teenage years.. but she still uses the technique now as well as before he beloved sword was broken years ago
