Well I think the banner looks really great so far!!! And you look totally adorable as a chibi 
The only thing I could mention is, that I think the colors of "Infinite Commissions" look a bit too bright, but that's probably because I actually prefer darker colors XD Everything else looks fine and great for a website banner!!!
